Smorty no smarty

How do you define smarty?
That's somebody regarded as obnoxiously self-assertive, an impudent person.

I hope my adticles here aren't the smarty type. I only intend to share my precious finds on the web. I write articles that promote the things I find interesting to share the benefits they may offer to others. My posts on Webnode are getting quite a traffic. I'm helping in the promotion of that great website creation tool but I'm definitely not asserting. Put it as a way of helping people learn about things that may be useful to them.

So how's Smorty related to this post?

Smorty is an online service that links advertisers with bloggers. It's a way of transforming blogs as platforms for advertising -- where the bloggers get paid. Smorty enables advertisers to offer bloggers some price for blog buzz -- that means some content(blog post), keywords, and links.

Smorty is no smarty as it promotes advertising that discourages spams and it easily integrates with the modern day form of "freedom of expression" - the blogs. I don't think you can equate blogs to annoyances or a smart alec. Smorty means the freedom to write posts that inform or promote products and services without being annoyingly assertive. The objective is to create awareness or to share information.

The decision is on the blogger. Smorty presents a list of campaign opportunities one can write about. The blogger may accept or decline.

I've been writing my recommendations for various online products and services in a couple of blogs before. I was promoting companies, products, and services for free. Now it's time to get paid for blogging. Blog advertising also means cash. And I mean fast cash with Smorty paying bloggers their blog post ad earnings through Paypal.
